Affiliate Campaign’s T&C  
 
1. Purpose 

The Company agrees to provide the Affiliate Partner with a 50% discount on merchandise and a commission structure in exchange for promotional content creation and brand exposure. 

2. Affiliate Partner Deliverables 

The Affiliate Partner agrees to: 

  1. Create 1 promotional video wearing the shirt. 

  • Minimum length: 15 seconds (TikTok/Reels format). 

  • Content must showcase the Product clearly. 

  • Must include tag @CapaoftheSea and hashtag #CapaOfTheSea #StayAnchored #TurkishFabricStreetWear. 

  1. Create 1 promotional photo wearing the shirt. 

  • Must be posted on Instagram feed or TikTok if specified. 

  • Must tag @CapaoftheSea and hashtag #CapaOfTheSea #StayAnchored #TurkishFabricStreetWear. 

  1. Publish content within [5–10 days] of receiving the product. 

3. Compensation 

  • The Affiliate Partner will receive a 50% discount on one product purchased for the campaign. 

  • All approved Affiliate Partners are eligible to earn a 10% commission for each successful purchase made using their unique affiliate link or discount code. 

  • Commission payments will be processed monthly via [Payment Method: PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.]. 

  • No additional monetary compensation is provided unless agreed in writing. 

4. Content Ownership & Usage 

  • The Affiliate Partner retains ownership of their content. 

  • The Company is granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to repost, share, and use the content for marketing purposes on digital platforms (with credit to the Affiliate Partner). 

5. Affiliate Partner Qualifications 

To qualify, the Affiliate Partner must meet the following criteria: 

TikTok Affiliate Partner: 

  • Minimum 5,000 followers. 

  • Average of 1000+ views per video. 

  • Content must align with fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear culture. 

  • Active posting: at least 2–3 posts per week. 

Instagram Affiliate Partner: 

  • Minimum 3,000 followers. 

  • Engagement rate of at least 3% (likes, comments, shares). 

  • Aesthetic/style aligned with fashion or lifestyle branding. 

  • Active posting: at least 2 posts per week + Stories activity. 

Affiliate Permit 

  • Trade License  

  • E-Media Permit 

6. Performance Clause 

  • To remain in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner must generate at least [X sales per month or post affiliate content at least once per week] through their affiliate link or code. 

  • If the Affiliate Partner fails to meet this performance requirement for two consecutive months, the Company reserves the right to: 

  • Suspend or terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the program. 

  • Revoke eligibility for the 50% discount and/or commission earnings on future sales. 

  • Any commissions already earned prior to termination will still be paid. 

7. Term & Termination 

  • This Agreement is valid until the campaign is completed. 

  • Either party may terminate in writing if the other fails to fulfill their obligations. 

  • Any unpaid commissions will still be honored for eligible sales made prior to termination.  

8. Governing Law 

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the UAE.
